摘    要:Ullmann型偶联反应是现代有机合成的最重要工具之一,通常用于制备从简单到复杂广范围的分子靶标化合物。在过去几十年中,对经典Ullmann化学的改进越来越受到关注,特别是新配体的引入具有重大发现意义,取得显著成就。其文重点论述铜介导偶联反应中一些新配体的最近开发与应用,并对Ullmann化学的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract:Ullmann-type coupling reaction, as one of the most important tools of modem organic synthesis, is used routinely for the preparation of a wide variety of molecular targets ranging from simple to complex compounds. In the past few decades, more and more attentions have been paid to the improvement of the classical Ullmann chemistry. Particularly, the introduction of new ligands has been a significant discovery and notable achievements have been made. This review highlights the recent developments and applications of some new ligands in the copper-mediated coupling reactions, and proposes the prospect of Ullmann chemistry.
