| 摘 要： | 峰谷分时电价是从经济的角度,运用市场调节手段,进行削峰填谷,缓解高峰期电力供应紧张的局面,保证电网经济安全运行的一种有效方法.在已有研究成果的基础上,总结了我国需求侧峰谷分时电价理论研究和应用方面存在的不足,分析了峰谷分时电价策略对供电方和用户利益的影响,探讨了设置拉开比,进行削峰填谷,衡量用户功率因数的原则和峰谷分时电价理论有待于进一步研究的内容.

| Abstract: | The Time of use(TOU) price,a market regulation approach from the point of view of economy,is effective in regulating peak,alleviating strain between power demand and supply during peak period,and ensuring economic and safe operation of power grids.Based on existing research achievements,the theoretical study of TOU price on the demand side and the problems in its implementation are summarized,and the influence of the TOU price strategy on power suppliers and users is analyzed.Principles of enlarging the peak-valley price ratio,implementing peak shifting measures, and determining the power factor of users are discussed,as well as theoretical issues needing further study. |
