摘    要:根据水悬浮法制备GF/PVC复合材料工艺的特点,对材料中的纤维/基体的界面结构进行了模型界面设计,并根据设计方案制备系列材料,考察在材料制备中界面形成的机理及界面层结构与材料性能的关系。研究结果表明,利用水悬浮法制备GF/PVC复合材料,有利于进行界面层结构设计,按模型B界面层设计的复合材料能制备性能优良的复合材料,如果纤维进行复合涂层处理,效果更好。

Abstract:In consideratioin of technical properties of GF/PVC composite materials prepared with aqueous suspension, a model interfacial design is carried out on fiber/matrix interfacial structures, and serial materials are prepared according to the design. The interface forming mechanism in the preparation and the relation between interfacial structure and material properties are studied. The result shows that the GF/PVC composite materials prepared with aqueous suspension have the advantages of interfacial structure design, the composite materials designed with Model B interface could be used to prepare composite materials with good quality, their quality would be better if the fiber is treated by composite coating.
