论湿硫化氢环境下管道设计材料的选择

摘    要:从炼油厂典型装置中产生湿H2S腐蚀的环境及部位着手,分析了因湿硫化氢腐蚀而引起的氢鼓泡、硫化物应力腐蚀开裂、氢致开裂和应力诱导氢致开裂等腐蚀形态,指出液相中硫化氢的浓度、溶液的pH值、温度以及材料的硬度、管道表面质量等与上述腐蚀有关。同时,从设计角度论述了不同情况下的选材原则。

Abstract:The hydrogen blistering, hydrosulfide stress cracking, hydrogen induced cracking and stress oriented hydrogen induced cracking ( SOHIC) etc caused by the wet H2S are analyzed for the equipment and piping in the wet H2S environment of the process units in petroleum refineries. It is concluded that H2S concentration in the liquid phase, pH solution, temperature, hardness of the material and surface conditions of the piping are closely related to the above corrosion. The criteria for material selection for different conditions is described in project engineering
