| 摘 要： | 论述了柳州市现有中小型水库存在的安全问题,分析了除险加固工作进展比较缓慢的原因.并提出了通过调查摸底,做好前期工作,落实病险水库加固及安全责任,加大投资力度,加强施工管理,等针对性措施,加快柳州市水库除险加固的进度,确保工程安全.

| Abstract: | The author demonstrated the safety prohlerns existing in the mid- and small-scale reservoirs located in Liuzhou city, analyzed the reasons for relatively slow progress of reinforcement work, suggested to make preparation by investigation, identify the reinforcement and security responsibilities for the ill and dangerous reservoirs, increase investment, strengthen construction management, so as to accelerate the progress of reservoir reinforcement in Liuzhou city, ensure construction safety. |
