摘    要:研究了不同固溶热处理工艺对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金时效厚板力学性能、电导率、耐蚀性能的影响.同时借助于光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析手段对合金的微观组织进行观察,并结合试验数据进行分析,确定合理的固溶热处理工艺.

Abstract:The rational solution heat treatment process is confirmed by studying the effect of different solution heat treatment process to the mechanical property,electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance of the aging plate of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy thick plate,and meanwhile with the aid of observation for microstructure of alloy,by analysis for optics metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,etc. combining with the analysis of the test data.
