基于CAN总线的索道运行安全回路的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种以微处理器PIC18F2480为核心的CAN总线和485协议及PLC自由口通讯在索道运行安全回路中的应用。文章用自上而下的层次化设计方法对系统进行实现,主要包括系统总体设计,CAN总线硬件设计、软件设计及上位机自由口通讯。在实际应用中效果良好,并且具有布线简单、可长距离通讯、维护方便、部件互换性好、可靠性高等优点,填补了国内外CAN总线在索道应用中的空白。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of CAN bus,485 protocol which regards microprocessor PIC18F2480 as the core and PLC free-port communication in application of the ropeway operation safety circuits.It is used a top-down and hierarchical design method to implement the system,mainly includes overall design of system,hardware、software design of CAN bus and host computer free-port communication.It leads good results in practical applications,and it has advantage of wiring simple、being able to long distance communication、easy maintenance、good art interchangeability and high reliability.It has filled a blank in and outside of our country in ropeway application of using the CAN bus.
