摘    要:长庆石化300kt/a半再生催化重整装置由原料预处理系统、重整反应系统以及压缩机氢气循环系统组成,主要产品为高辛烷值汽油调和组分,副产氢气、液化气、轻石脑油.装置主要消耗燃料气、电、水等.其中,燃料气消耗占装置总能耗的比例最大,这部分能耗主要是为预加氢反应和重整反应提供反应热;其次为电耗.通过加强炉体密封、增加加热炉在线氧化锆分析仪,提高加热炉热效率;通过更换预加氢催化剂、根据加工量变化及时调整氢油比,实现操作参数的优化,降低加热炉燃料气消耗:通过优化工艺路线和换热网络,使总能耗降低13.67kg标油/t,其中电耗降低0.67kg标油/t,燃料气降低12.992kg标油/t.提出进一步降低加热炉排烟温度和空气氧含量,改变加热炉温度控制方式,对关键离心泵采用变频控制,采用先进控制系统,回收低温余热等多项建议,以实现装置的深度节能.

Abstract:PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company’s 300kt/a semi-regenerative catalytic reforming unit consists of a material pretreatment system,a reforming reaction system and a compressor hydrogen circulating system.The unit mainly produces high-octane value gasoline blending components and also produces hydrogen,liquefied petroleum gas and light naphtha as byproducts.The unit mainly consumes fuel gas,electricity and water.Fuel gas represents the largest share in the unit’s total energy consumption and is mainly used to provide heat for reactions in the pre-hydrogenation reaction and reforming reaction sections.Electricity is the second largest source of energy used by the unit.Strengthening sealing for furnace body and adding a heating furnace on-line zirconia analyzer can raise the heat efficiency of the heating furnace.Optimizing operating parameters,including replacing the prehydrogenation catalyst and timely adjusting the hydrogen/oil ratio according to changes in processing output,can reduce the fuel gas consumption of the heating furnace.By means of the optimization of process route and the heat exchanging network,the total energy consumption of the unit can drop by 13.67kg of oil equipment per ton of feedstock.Electricity consumption can drop by 0.67kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock and fuel gas consumption can drop by 12.992kg of oil equivalent per ton.This article proposes other methods to save energy significantly for the unit including further reducing the smoke discharge temperature and content of oxygen in the air for the heating furnace,changing the way how temperature is controlled in the heating furnace,implementing frequency control for key centrifugal pumps,introducing advanced control system and recovering low-temperature residual heat.
