气浮、微滤/超滤工艺处理腈纶工业废水研究

摘    要:文章通过试验研究了涡凹气浮工艺、微滤超滤工艺对二步法湿法腈纶工艺废水的处理效果,气浮试验表明该废水CODcr去除率与加药气浮装置的气水比成正比,试验中最高可达30%,微滤超滤试验显示腈纶二级生化出水中有机物分子量分布中6000~67000道尔顿占13%,超过67000道尔顿占2%,超滤对CODcr去除率最高可达15%,但涡凹气浮工艺、微滤超滤难以提高腈纶废水可生化性。

Abstract:Some wastewater treatment methods such as whord gas float,microfiltrate and ultrafiltrate were studied in treating two-stage-way acrylic fiber wastewatero It was shown that CODcr removal rate match with rate of gas water, and 30 % can be got in study. Microfiltrate and ultrafiltrate experiment showed that after biotreatment there about 13 % CODcr substance's Mr. between 6000-6700 D, and only 2 % beyond 67000, and the max. CODcr removal rate by UF can above15 %.But whord gas float,microfiltrate and ultrafiltrate can't process biotreatment capability of acrylic fiber wastewater.
