| 摘 要： | 企业在经营活动中,其抵御风险的能力与盈利的能力对其生存发展同等重要。详细阐述了不同筹资方式的风险,定量地剖析了经营以及这2个方面的筹资风险,并对筹资对策进行了具体的案例分析,最后针对企业自身情况,选取最优筹资组合,提出了防范筹资风险的重要对策。
