基于TMS320F2812的实时噪声CAN监控网络系统

摘    要:采用以TI公司的TMS320F2812和Microchip公司的MCP2551为核心的分布式控制结构,研究了CAN总线在振动噪声检测系统中的应用.介绍了控制网络的硬件结构及物理接口,并对网络通信协议及软件进行了较为详细的论述.着重介绍了振动检测单元的硬件实现,基于有限脉冲响应(FIR)数字滤波与快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的实时数据处理过程.系统通用性好、可靠性高、实时性强.

Abstract:The control network about noise is based upon the TMS320F2812 and MCP2551.The research and application on CAN are presented.The physical interface and the relevant hardware are also introduced.A detailed discussion about data communication and software is performed too.The hardware implementation of inspection unit for vibration,real-time data processing on FIR and FFT are mainly introduced.The system possesses good flexibility,strong reliability,and real-time fulfillment.
