铜陵海螺5 000 t/d国产化熟料生产线技术配置及生产调试

铜陵5000t/d生产线国产化率达96%，且系统配置合理，并采用了多项专有技术和专利技术，文章重点介绍了该线在调试期间所遇到问题及其所采取的相应措施；同时介绍了原料磨系统和烧成系统的稳定操作参数。生产运行表明：该线烧成系统对喂料量和原燃料有较宽的适应性，熟料热耗低，系统电耗低，且窑尾低阻节能显著，相关技经指标均达到国际先进水平。

percent of equipments for Tongling Conch5000t*/d production line is China-made,and the system allocation is reasonable,many proprietary and patent technology are used.Problems in debugging and the solutions are mainly introduced in this paper,and operation parameters of raw meal system and burning system are also introduced.The running condition shows that the burning system has wide range of adaptability to feeding volume and raw meal and fuel,the power consump-tion is low and obviously saving energy and little resistance at the kiln end.Relative technical and economic index reached national super level.
