高钢级管线钢的补焊

高钢级管线钢可以降低管线的建设及运营成本,提高管线的输送压力及输送效率,因而高钢级管线钢越来越受到重视和应用。但随着管线钢级的提高,管线钢的可焊接性降低,在钢管制造过程中可能会出现焊缝补焊。在进行补焊时,只有通过采用合理的焊接方法、预热、层间温度控制等措施,才能获得良好的焊缝性能。
