高钢级管线钢的补焊

摘    要:高钢级管线钢可以降低管线的建设及运营成本,提高管线的输送压力及输送效率,因而高钢级管线钢越来越受到重视和应用。但随着管线钢级的提高,管线钢的可焊接性降低,在钢管制造过程中可能会出现焊缝补焊。在进行补焊时,只有通过采用合理的焊接方法、预热、层间温度控制等措施,才能获得良好的焊缝性能。

Abstract:With hi-grade steel welded linepipes both construction and operation costs of the pipe line will be reduced, and the transport pressure and transport efficiency thereof enhanced. This is why hi-grade steel linepipes are increasingly sought after and used. However as it is known that the higher the steel grade, the lower the weldability of the steel, weld repair of the welded joint of the pipe has to be used when manufacturing the pipe. In this case actions as necessary should be employed including proper weld repair process, preheating and inter-layer temperature control to ensure good property of the pipe welded joint.
