印刷机送纸机构虚拟设计

摘    要:基于ADAMS软件,提出了一种对印刷机送纸机构的设计方法.在ADAMS中建立送纸三维实体简化模型,然后对其进行动态仿真分析,分析载纸板的位移、速度、加速度以及载纸板下座受力特性,并结合实验设计找到关键参数,并通过此参数优化模型.

Abstract:The design method of the paper transport mechanism of printer via software ADAMS was put forward. Three-dimensional predigestion model was built on ADAMS, and the dynamic simulation, slip displacement of pushing cardboard, speed, acceleration, and receiving strength were analyzed. The primary parameter was elicited by the experimentation, and then optimization model could be founded through these parameters.
