| Abstract: | The laboratorial investigation and preparation of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate(Na_2SiO_3·5H_2O)synthesis by solution crystalization method are introduced. The effects of solution concentration, temperature, crystal seeds and crystalline time on product quality are discussed. The pilot production process and its economical analysis are also introduced. |
