摘    要:以对模板分子具有较强识别特性的分子印迹聚合物为基质固相分散吸附剂,提取PVC塑料玩具中的壬基酚,用超高效液相色谱法进行测定,研究壬基酚分子印迹聚合物对样品中壬基酚的提取和净化效果。结果表明:在优化条件下,该方法的检出限为0.13 ng/mL,定量限为0.47 ng/mL,不同壬基酚添加量的回收率93.5%,相对标准偏差3.4%。此方法分离效果好、灵敏度高,适用于PVC玩具中壬基酚的测定。

Abstract:By using molecular imprinted polymers, which had strong ability to identifY the template, as matrix solid phase dispersion adsorbent to extract the nonyl phenol in PVC toys, the volume of nonyl phenol was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), in order to analyse the extraction and purification efficiency of the nonyl phenol in samples by nonyl phenol molecular imprinted polymers. The results show that under optimal conditions, the detec- tion limit is 0.13 ng/mL, the quantitation limit is 0.47 ng/mL, the recovery rates of different nonyl phenol addiction are more than 93.5%, rlative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 3.4%. This method has good extraction efficiency and high sensitivity and is suitable for the detection of nonyl phenol in PVC toys.
