摘    要:介绍了涂装线中烘干室热回收式热力焚烧系统(TNV)和蓄热式焚烧系统(RTO)的工作原理、基本组成及特点.从节能、废气净化等方面给出了选用TNV、RTO的建议.通过实例,分析比较了两种系统的投资成本.

Abstract:The working principles, system composition and characteristics of thermal recuperative oxidizer (TNV) and regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) in drying ovens of painting line were introduced. The suggestions of selecting TNV and RTO systems were given by considering energy saving and exhaust purification. An example was presented to analyze and compare the investment costs of both systems.
