| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种用于TEA CO2激光器的倍压电路和放电过程，对放电参数作了理论计算，给出了激光器运转时的E/N值和气体放电的电阻特性，并将理论模型与实验结果作了比较。

| Abstract: | The voltage doubled circuit of a high repetition rate TEA CO 2 laser and its discharge processes are described theoretically. The calculated results of discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge resistance and the value of E/N are yielded out. The theoretical results are coincident with the experimental ones. |
