基于单片机的嵌入式功率调节器的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前市场上固态继电器的特点,分析和应用过零触发脉冲控制理论,结合单片机技术开发了一种功能强、精度高的嵌入式功率调节器. 微控制器从整流输出端取得电压信号,经过内部程序判断,输出PWM波控制双向可控硅的通断比进行功率调节,其中调节参数可由按键修改,并保存在E2PROM内. 本设计还可以适用于其他多种固态继电器,只需变换固态继电器,载入不同的程序,即可实现不同的触发方式、不同电流范围的控制.
