摩圣修复剂减摩机理的研究

摘    要:摩圣技术是一种新型的摩擦表面再生技术,其实质是通过在润滑油中添加一种“摩圣修复剂”以达到增强摩擦件减摩抗磨能力、对摩擦表面进行原位免拆卸修复的目的。以透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、俄歇电子能谱仪和拉曼光谱仪分析了在添加摩圣修复剂的润滑油中运行过的齿轮表层,对摩圣修复剂的减摩机理进行了分析。结果表明:摩擦表面的修复再生层为类金刚石膜和硅氧玻璃膜。

Abstract:The PBC technology is a new-fashioned restoration technology of friction surface, and its essential is restoring the friction surface and enhancing the performance of friction-reducing and anti-wear of the friction surface by putting PBC restoration agent into lubricating oil. The surface restoration layer of a gear wheel, which had run in lubricating oil with PBC restoration agent was analyzed using TEM, SEM, XPS, AES and Raman; and the mechanism of reducing friction of the restoration agent was studied. The results showed that the restoration layer consisted of diamond-like carbon film (DLC film) and Si-O glass film.
