重庆市既有大中型商场建筑特征及能耗调研分析

通过对重庆市既有大中型商场建筑能耗现状的调查,分析重庆商场建筑的基本建筑特征,能耗特点及能耗构成,与其他地区能耗情况作比较,并以调研数据为基础对商场建筑能耗分析评价.结果显示,重庆市大中型商场建筑存在热工性能较差,照度过大,绿色照明装置使用程度不高,空调系统运行效率低下,运行管理水平不高等问题,其节能改造潜力巨大.
