| 摘 要： | 介绍了VAI公司的DYNACS二次冷却模型及其三种铸坯二冷控制方法,并以DYNACS二次冷却模型为开发平台按目标表面温度控制法开发了不同炼钢工艺下不同钢种的二次冷却水表,成功应用于生产实践,提高了铸坯质量、满足了生产要求。

| Abstract: | The DYNACS secondary cooling water distribution mold of VAI and its control methods for three kinds of continuous casting blank have been introduced.Based on DYNACS secondary cooling mold,secondary cooling water meter suitable for various steel grades and steelmaking processes has been developed by the goal surface temperature control method.This meter has been successfully used in the production of continuous casting blank.Blank quality is improved. |
