水布垭枢纽泄洪消能防冲试验研究

摘    要:针对水布垭枢纽泄洪消能特点及可行性研究报告审查意见,对溢洪道泄洪消能方式泄流能力、消能区防护方案及电站尾水两种出口形式等进行了水工模型试验研究,提出了与之相适应的新颖的窄缝消能工组合形式,较好地解决了该工程具有的大流量、窄河谷、高落差及下游地质环境差的泄洪消能防冲难题。

Abstract: Aiming at the features of spillway and its energy dissipation of Shuibuya Project and examination opinions of feasibility study report,the hydraulic model tests on the selection of pattern of spillways,energy dissipation and their discharg capacities,the protection scheme of the dissipation zone,and two exit arrangements of hydrpower plant tailrace,etc.,were performed,a newly composite structure of narrow slot energy dissipator was proposed.This scheme has satisfactorily solved the difficult problems on flood releasing and energy dissipation under large discharge,narrow river valley,high drop and bad geological conditions.
