加气混凝土砌块和砂浆组合模型收缩的研究

摘    要:为了有效地控制加气混凝土墙体出现的收缩裂缝。将不同初始含水率的砂加气混凝土砌块和不同砌筑的干粉砂浆进行组合,制作了4组组合模型试件,在规定的环境等件下,对模型试件进行收缩测试,获得模型试件随砌块含水率的变化收缩值,通过分析,得到了组合模型试件收缩的变化规律,建立了砌块与普通干粉砂浆以及特种干粉砂浆组合试件收缩的数学模型,研究结果可为控制砂加气混凝土的墙体收缩裂缝提供参考。

Abstract:Crack,fracture empties and leakage were the main factors which buffering the application of aerated concrete wall.among those factors which caused crack in the wall,the water consent was the importance factor lead to drying shrinkage of masonry.The higher of water consented in aerated concrete blocks,the larger of deformation in masonry.In order to control the shrinkage crack in aerated concrete wall,four sets of combined model specimen were fabricated on the bases of combination of aerated concrete blocks with different water consent and different dry-mixed mortar.The shrinkage value had been gained though testing for the specimen under defined environmental condition.The variety law in combined model specimen was acquired and mathematical model of shrinkage of the specimen was established on the basis of analysis.The results can provide reference for the control of shrinkage in aerated concrete wall.
