无锡富安大厦基坑支护技术

无锡富安大厦工程位于市中心,其周围建筑物密集,基坑周围管线较多,工程场地条件复杂。经研究,南侧采用钢管桩锚杆挂网喷射混凝土墙支护,并对东侧天然地基上的柱基础进行特殊保护。详细介绍了钢管桩施工、喷锚支护等关键施工工艺,并指出施工中采取的质量保证措施。并在施工过程中在临近建筑物、管线、基坑边等处设置位移及内力监测点。监测结果证明,施工过程中测点位移及锚杆轴力均在允许范围内,保证了基坑工程的安全。
