摘    要:钢板桩围堰施工一直沿用传统的先抽水后加撑的施工工序,对钢板桩变形和抽水时间控制不利。以广州蕉门水道大桥主墩承台钢板桩围堰为背景,打破传统施工工序,先焊接好5层内支撑框架体系,然后插打钢板桩。该施工工序大大缩短了抽水时间,减少了风险工期,并较好地控制钢板桩的变形。对比计算结果和工程监测数据,验证了此工序的优势。

Abstract:The traditional construction process of steel sheet pile cofferdam which adding support before pumping has been used for long time,and it is detrimental to the deformation of steel sheet pile and the time of pumping.Based on the steel sheet pile cofferdam for main bridge pier caps of Guangzhou Jiaomen Waterway,authors break the traditional construction process to weld the five support frame system before insert the steel sheet pile.This construction process reduces the pumping time and the risk period great...
