银川火车站站房大跨度预应力清水混凝土拱壳施工技术

摘    要:银川火车站站房中部屋面为三连跨预应力清水混凝土拱壳,为空间变曲面结构,结构形式复杂。通过预先在现场制作拱壳模型,采用三维施工测量技术,合理划分施工段、安排工艺流程,达到预计的清水混凝土效果,获得较好的施工管理效益。

Abstract:The middle roof of Yinchuan Railway Station building is three-span arch shell with prestressed fair-faced concrete.The spatial changing-surface shell has complex structural form.The effect of fair-faced concrete is obtained by making arch shell model in advance at field,using on-site construction of three-dimensional measuring technology,dividing reasonable construction segments and reasonable process.A good construction management efficiency is achieved.
