南京南站屋面网架长距离高空滑移安装技术

摘    要:南京南站屋面结构为双向正交正放网架,面积约为94 032.8m2,周边低、中间高,四周均悬挑于柱外,最大悬挑长度30m,具有跨度大、平面尺寸大及施工难度高等特点。经过整体方案比选、技术攻关,采用横向分单元逐条高空滑移、端部高空平台小单元散装的施工方法,完成了安装任务。实践表明,该方案不但切实可行,而且可以有效缩短施工工期,提高安装效率,并形成了大型铁路客运站房网架结构长距离高空逐条滑移安装施工技术。

Abstract:The area of Nanjing South Railway Station roof with bi-directional orthogonal spatial grid structure is about94 032.8m2,The peripheral is low,the middle is high.The surrounding structure cantilevers outside column,and the maximum cantilever length is 30m.The authors analyze some construction characteristics,including large span,large plane dimension,great difficulty in construction and so on.By whole scheme comparison and selection,technical research,the construction method with lateral high-sky sliding one...
