超高层建筑矩形钢管混凝土柱超声波检测技术

摘    要:超声波检测采用首波声时(声速)平面对测方法,以声速为判别标准,结合声时、波幅、频率和波形等综合分析判定,应用超声检测数据处理系统进行数据分析,准确判定矩形钢管混凝土(CFT)柱密实度,以指导现场施工。结合开元环球中心超声波检测,详细介绍了检测设备、检测步骤及检测判定标准。

Abstract:Measurement method of first wave(velocity) plane is adopt in ultrasonic detection.Based on the speed of sound as the criterion,comprehensive analysis are done with sound,amplitude,frequency and waveform.Data processing are analyzed by ultrasonic testing data processing system.Compactness of rectangular steel-tube(CFT) column is obtained accurately to guide the construction.The equipments,process and criterion of ultrasonic detection are introduced based on Kaiyuan Global Center project.
