激光表面清洁的实验研究

摘    要:激光清洁法较之其它方法有其独特的优点。本文采用YAG脉冲激光器作光源,对几类表面附着物的清洁进行了实验研究。初步的实验结果表明,清洁效果令人满意。除材料本身性质外,选择合适的表面清洁的重要参数(激光波长和脉冲宽度)可以提高表面附着物的清洁效率并可降低激光对表面基质材料的危害。本文还讨论了与激光清洁过程有关的其它因素和解决方法。

Abstract:Laser cleaning techniques have shown unique advantages by comparison with traditional cleaning methods. The experiments described in this paper represent the cleaningof contamination and unwanted materials from surface layers by using Nd:YAG laser.The preliminary experimental results show a satisfying cleaning effect. The cleaning efficiency can be improved and the degree of material damage decreased by selection of themost suitable parameters, such as wavelength and pulse duration, in combination with theproperties of the material to be cleaned. Some other factors concerning the laser cleaningprocess are also discussed in this paper.
