无粘结预应力粮食立筒仓算例分析

摘    要:钢筋混凝土粮食立筒仓在采用普通钢筋混凝土结构设计时,常常需要较大幅度地增大钢筋用量,如果仓壁高度加大和仓壁直径大幅度增加,会出现加大钢筋用量仍无法满足规范对裂缝宽度的要求的现象.根据某钢筋混凝土筒仓工程实例改为采用无粘结预应力混凝土结构筒仓进行试算,对无粘结预应力混凝土结构筒仓的设计、施工作了介绍,经过计算理论上可行.

Abstract:The amount of steel bar is often largely increased in the reinforced concrete silo designing.When the height and diameter of silo wall greatly increases,it could not meet the requirement of designing norm by increase of useage steel bar.The no-coherent prestressed concrete silo is calculated in this paper according to an designing example of the reinforced concrete silo.At same time,the structural design and construction of the no-coherent prestressed concrete silo are introduced.It is practical by this calculation analysis.
