摘    要:高浓度充填是近十几年充填研究的主要发展方向。本文根据高浓度(膏体)料浆输送试验数据,归纳了高浓度充填流变模型及其特性参数,通过分析计算,建议矿山采用高浓度自流充填方式:料浆浓度低于临界流态浓度3~5个百分点,充填管径4~6英寸,流速1 0~1 5m/s。

Abstract:High-density backfilling is main direction of backfilling technology research in recent decade. On the basis of some data from tests for pipeline transport of high-density backfill, a rheologic model and behavior parameters for high-density slurry are worked out. Based on calculation and analysis, it is suggested that the mine uses the gravity-flow manner for transporting the high-density backfill with a slurry density of 3~5 percent less than the critical fluidized density, pipe diameters of 4~6 inches and flowing velocities of 1~1.5 m/s.
