摘    要:通过液压式滚压工具对大型闭式压力机偏心套的偏心外圆进行滚压试验,试验结果表明,液压式滚压不仅降低了表面粗糙度,而且使表面得到强化;同时,也彻底解决了机械式滚压工具存在接刀滚压及无法滚压圆弧的工艺难题.是一种新的工艺方法,具有良好的工艺效果.

Abstract:By using hydraulic rolling device, an experiment has been carried out on rolling machining the eccentric ex-circle surface of the large straight side press. The experimental result shows that the hydraulic rolling can not only reduce the surface roughness, but also reinforce the surface; furthermore, it also completely resolves the tools-connecting trace and failures problems that the mechanic rolling has in machining the round chamfer. After all, it is a new process with approved process effect.
