振动电镀技术及其发展前景

摘    要:小型零件电镀所采用的传统滚镀方法存在一些固有的缺点,如溶液升温较快,允许电流密度较小,对零件产生较大的冲撞不适宜易碎零件的加工等。介绍了振动电镀工艺的特点和我国振动电镀的应用和发展历程,列举了不同类型振动电镀设备的结构特性和所适用的电镀工艺以及零件品种,并结合我国目前电镀装备实际,指出了振动电镀技术的发展前景。

Abstract:The conventional barrel plating technology that is often used for plating on samll parts has some intrinsic disadvantages, such as: quicker increase in temperature of plating bath, less allowed current density, stronger collision between parts, and not suitable for processing fragile parts, etc. In this paper, the characteristics, the application, and the development of vibration electroplating technology are introduced. Then, the structure characteristics of and the applicable electroplating technologies and variety of parts for various types of vibration electroplating equipments are listed. Concerning the recent electroplating equipment real condition in our country, the future development of vibration electroplating technique is indicated.
