陶瓷湿敏元件阻湿机理的研究

摘    要:建立了被吸附水包围的晶粒与含水蒸气的空气镶嵌于元件内的理论模型,并用Maxwall-Gamett理论和有效介质理论给出了描写元件阻湿特性的方程,在考虑了电子-离子导子电机制与材料特性,元件内部结构及吸附相关的参量后,较好地描述了陶瓷湿敏元件的阴湿特性。

Abstract:In this paper, a theory model called embedded - model of humidity - sensitive oeramic is built up based on the structure of crystal gains encircled by adsorbed water and wet air inside humidity element. In the course of modelling, a series of equations are formed with Maxwell - Garnett theory and Effective Medium theory to describe element' s resistance - humidity character, both electron and ionmechanism considered, and several parameters on the properties of material. element ' s micro - structure and adsorption of vapour included. It can well describs the resistance - humidity character of ceramic humidity - sensitive element.
