摘    要:磁处理防蚀除锈实际应用较多,但对其机理研究较少,因此使有的应用实例失败。本工作对防蚀除锈的机理进行研究,提出形成Fe3O4阻隔层是防蚀除锈的本质,并从Fe3O4的形成、结构等多方面进行较为详实的说明。

Abstract:The mechanism study of preventing corrosion and removing rust in magnetic treatment is insufficient,resulting in occasional failure in application of magnetic treatment of water.The present study indicated that such mechanism was attained through the formation of Fe_3O_4 barrier.The formation and structure of Fe_3O_4 were discussed.
