酚醛树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:利用原位聚合法制备了酚醛树脂/蒙脱土(PF/MMT)纳米复合材料,通过对其力学性能和电学性能的研究发现,当MMT含量为5 %(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的综合性能最好,拉伸强度是未改性PF的2.33倍,体积电阻率提高了4个数量级,热失重速率最大时所对应的温度提高了15.24 ℃,线烧蚀率为未改性PF的80 %。并通过扫描电子显微镜对复合材料烧蚀面的观察,建立了耐烧蚀复合材料的烧蚀模型。

Preparation and Properties of Phenolic Resin/Montmorillonite Nano-composites
Abstract:Phenolic resin/montmorillonite(PF/MMT) nano-composites were prepared via in-situ polymerization in this paper. Through the research on mechanical and electrical properties of PF/MMT composites, it was found that the overall performance was the best when the content of montmorillonite was 5 wt %, the tensile strength of the PF/MMT nano-composite was 2.33 times that of neat phenolic resin, and the volume resistivity also increased four orders of magnitude. Meanwhile, the temperature at the maximum thermal weight loss rate increased 15.24 ℃, the line ablation rate was 80 % of neat phenolic resin. An ablation model of the anti-ablative composites was established through the observation of surface ablation of the composites by SEM.
