摘    要:研究正火、正火+淬火+中/低温回火、调质处理的50SiMnVB钢的硬度及微观组织,发现50SiMnVB钢通过860℃×120 min(油冷)淬火+600℃×60 min(水冷)回火这种调质工艺处理后,具有较好的综合力学性能。利用电子万能材料试验机和SHPB实验装置对这种调质工艺处理后的50SiMnVB钢常温下的准静态和动态力学特性进行了测试,得出材料在不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线;采用参数识别法和最小二乘法建立了调制50SiMnVB钢较宽应变率下的Johnson-Cook本构模型,和实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:The hardness and microstructure of 50SiMnVB steel under normalizing,normalizing+quenching+tempering,hardening and tempering were analyzed.It is shown that the hardened and tempered 50SiMnVB steel under 860 ℃×120 min quenching(oil cooling)+600 ℃×60 min tempering(water cooling) possesses better comprehensive mechanical property.The quasi-static and dynamic properties of the hardened and tempered 50SiMnVB steel are tested by using the electronic universal material testing machine and split hopkinson pressure bar,and true stress-strain curves at several strain rates were obtained.Johnson-Cook constitutive model of the hardened and tempered 50SiMnVB steel were established by identification of parameters and least square method,which shows good agreement with the results of the experiments.
