膳食纤维测定方法研究进展

摘    要:膳食纤维对身体健康有着重要的作用,已成为国际研究重要课题。对膳食纤维测定方法的研究进展进行了小结,介绍了溶剂法、酶法、化学分析法的特点及其改进,结合新推广的仪器法,并对一些存在的问题提出解决方法。

Abstract:The research of dietary fiber has been a significant topic in the world because of its crucial role to the good health.This paper made a summary about the advance of determination methods of the dietary fiber,introduced the characteristics and relevant improvements of detergent method,enzymatic method and chemical analytical method,brought in the instrument method,and resolved into some existent problems.
