船舶调桨液压系统大流量锁止阀设计与分析

摘    要:针对某型船舶大流量调距桨液压系统,设计了大流量锁止阀以满足调距桨桨距调节与保持的需要。基于液压仿真和模拟试验的理念,建立锁止阀和调距桨液压系统的仿真模型, 在仿真系统中对锁止阀的各项性能进行模拟测试,分析工作流量、阀芯开口量、控制活塞直径和质量以及液体摩擦力对锁止阀启闭特性的影响,为大流量锁止阀的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A large flow lock valve is designed to meet the demands of pitch controllable adjusting and fixing for the pitch propeller which is used in a large flow controllable pitch propeller hydraulic system. The characteristics of the lock valve are analyzed in the virtual test system, including the working flow rate, the presetting lab of the poppet, the diameter and the mass of the control piston, and the open close characteristics of the lock valve which is affected by the fluid friction force, based on hydraulic simulation and virtual testing technology. The simulation results provide a guidance to the improvement and design of the large flow lock valve.
