船舶舵机液压维修训练系统的设计

摘    要:针对我国船舶舵机液压培训系统结构简单、功能单一、交互性差,不能培养船员实际动手能力的问题,在综合分析舵机液压系统结构的基础上,采用虚拟仿真和组态技术,应用模块化方法,设计了一套软硬结合的维修训练系统。实践表明,该系统结构合理、功能丰富、可扩展性强,有效地将舵机液压系统操作原理、故障分析与实际动手维修结合起来,对于提高船员维修能力具有良好效果。

Abstract: In light of the problems of the existing marine steering gear maintenance training system, such as structure and function deficiency, poor interaction and practicality, a new type of system is designed based on the analysis of the principle of marine hydraulic steering gear. The virtual simulation, configuration technology, and modular design methods are applied in the system, including the principle teaching, the fault analysis, and the maintenance training. The practice results show that the system has good structure, perfect function, and powerful interface and can satisfy the need of crew training and improve their maintenance ability.
