碟簧液压操动机构的建模与仿真

摘    要:在AMESim中建立了220 kV断路器所配碟簧液压操动机构的液压系统仿真模型,分析空载条件下的动态特性,得到电磁铁电流、断路器行程、分闸缓冲腔压力、分闸时间和分闸速度的结果,与实测结果对比吻合度好,证明系统仿真模型的准确性。

Abstract: The simulation model of the whole hydraulic system of hydraulic operating mechanism with a disc spring for the 220 kV circuit breaker is built in AMESim. Using this model, the dynamic results without load is obtained, such as the current of solenoid of valve, the displacement of circuit breaker, the buffering pressure in piston chamber, and the operating time and operating rate. These results are accordant with the measuring results, which proves that the model is very precise.
