摘    要:以一种典型轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,模拟其工作过程中压力脉动在壳体外表面产生的振动,获得在此激励下的动态响应。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,建立轴向柱塞泵壳体的有限元模型,进行瞬态响应分析。分析壳体在不同压力级别下的振动响应,通过分析结果确定泵壳位移、应力和应变的动态变化过程,从而找到泵壳的“敏感区域”,为轴向柱塞泵振动测试和结构优化奠定基础。

Abstract:The shell is one of the main axial piston pump vibration receptors, so the analysis and research of axial piston pump shell vibration in the typical excitation of mechanical and fluid vibrations is important. In this paper, the dynamic response is obtained by the means of simulating construction machinery axial piston shell vibration generated by the pressure pulsation. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, we build the finite element model of axial plunger pump shell. The vibration response of the shell at various pressure levels is analyzed. The analysis results can provide the pump shell displacement, stress and strain dynamic responses, and help us find the “sensitive zone” of the pump shell. This work can give a reference for the axial pump test and structure optimization.
