大型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组励磁系统改造及试验

摘    要:根据电子元器件的使用寿命特性,为确保燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的安全运行,对其励磁系统进行了技术改造,由5000系列升级为6800系列。由于功率整流柜中的可控硅的使用寿命长达25年,故决定不更换功率整流柜、励磁启动变压器及交流侧电源开关,仅更换励磁调节装置以及它们之间的接口部分。技术改造大大节约了资金,缩短了工期,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文对技术改造前后整个设备的性能进行了对比,对改造要点、注意事项、改造后相关试验等进行了分析。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation of the gas-steam combined cycle unit,its excitation system has been upgraded from 5000 series to 6800 series according to the service life characteristics of electronic components. Since the service life of the silicon controlled rectifier in the power rectifier cabinet can up to 25 years,so it was decided not to replace the power rectifier cabinet,the excitation start-up transformer and the power switch at the AC side,and only to replace the excitation regulating devices and the interfaces between them. The technical transformation has greatly saved the funds,shortened the construction period,and achieved good economic and social benefits. The paper compares the performance of the whole equipment before and after the technical transformation,and analyzes the key points,precautions and relevant tests after the transformation.
