基于PLC的自动切料生产线气动装置的设计

摘    要:在工业生产中常需要将大块母料切割成大小相等的子料,设计了一套自动切料生产线装置。该装置以气压传动作为工作动力,采用PLC作为控制核心,由一个光电传感器检测物料是否到位,到位后控制气缸伸出,带动刀具切断物料;根据两个距离固定的光电传感器上升沿和下降沿动作情况自动检测子料长度是否合格,子料不合格时气缸动作将其推出,实现物料自动分拣。实践表明,该装置具有切料速度快,边缘整齐,物料分拣准确率高等特点。

Abstract:In industrial production, large master batch is often cut into small parts with equal size. A set of automatic cutting production line equipment is designed for this. The device adopts PLC as its control core, pneumatic transmission as its motivation to realize automatic cutting. A photoelectric sensor is used to detect whether the material is in place, if yes, then the control cylinder stretches out to drive the cutter to cut the master batch. The small parts are detected automatically by two photoelectric sensors with fixed distance. If a part is unqualified, the cylinder will push it out. Practice shows that the device has characteristics of high cutting speed and sorting accuracy.
