某运输车液压系统故障分析与改进

摘    要:针对某型号运输车液压系统在首车调试过程中存在的箱盖铰链撕裂、锁紧销自动伸出和退回现象进行了故障分析,简单介绍了开盖回路和锁紧回路液压系统的工作原理,指出了液压系统设计存在的不足及导致故障产生的原因,提出了解决液压故障的系统改进措施并实施。通过试验验证了改进措施的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:This paper provides failure analysis on abnormal phenomena such as tearing of hinge, unintentional automatic extension and retraction of the locking pin during the first adjustment procedure of a transportation vehicle. The fundamental working principle of the cap pushing hydraulic system and locking hydraulic system is briefly introduced. Defect in hydraulic system design and causes of failure are pointed out through analysis and corresponding adaptations are proposed. Through experiments, the correctness and effectiveness of these adaptations are positively verified.
