汽车安全测试用小型电液伺服弹射系统的设计与研究

摘    要:小型弹射系统在汽车安全测试评价中应用非常广泛。以电液伺服弹射系统作为研究对象,对其适用标准及设计参数进行了详细介绍。对系统原理、高速伺服油缸设计、液压系统设计、速度影响因素、速度控制方式等关键技术进行了详细研究。以该系统进行了相关试验,结果表明,本系统速度测量准确,具有较高速度稳定性,速度控制精度优于1%,完全满足国内外相关试验标准需求。

Abstract:Small sized impact simulation system is widely used in automobile safety tests. Taking the hydraulic servo impact simulation system as the research object, I introduce the suitable standard and the parameter design. And I detailedly research the key technology such as the system principle, the design of high speed servo cylinder, the design of hydraulic sytem, the influence factor of speed, the control mode of speed. The results of the experiment with the system show that the speed measure is accurate and the speed of the system is stable. The control accuracy of the system is higher than 1% and fully meets the demand of test standard at home and abroad.
