摘    要:针对深海快速上浮脱险的工作要求,构建了一种能分别进行注水和注气加压控制的实验系统。基于AMESim仿真平台,研究了带有严重迟滞非线性的先导式气动流量调节阀对系统控制性能的影响,优选了模糊控制策略。通过构建的陆上调试平台,采用模糊控制法,实现了两种快速加压方式的精确控制,验证了通过快速加压实现深海快速上浮脱险的可行性。

Abstract:A fast compression experimental system by water or gas injection in which the fuzzy control is applied is proposed by analysis of the working characteristics of the fast floating escape from deep sea. The fuzzy control strategy is chosen by analysis of the influence of pneumatic control valve with serious hysteresis and nonlinearity of the control system based on the AMESim simulation platform. A precise control of the fast compression process by water or gas injection is achieved by the onshore debugging platform, and the feasibility of fast compression to achieve fast floating escape from deep sea is proved.
