基于SimulationX的泵控马达调速系统建模仿真

摘    要:为了深入研究液压机械无级变速器中液压系统的特性,利用SimulationX建立了液压泵控马达系统及其排量伺服机构的物理模型,对整个系统的动态特性和效率进行了仿真研究,并应用PID控制。仿真结果表明系统的控制性能有了明显的改善,能够使系统的抗负载干扰能力提高,实现马达恒转速控制;另外,研究了排量比、输入转速和外负载这三个参数对马达输出效率的影响。

Abstract:In order to study characteristics of hydraulic system of HMCVT, SimulationX is utilized to establish the physical models of the pump controlled motor system and its displacement servo mechanism, for studying the dynamic characteristics and efficiency characteristics of the whole system. The simulation results show that the control performance of the system is greatly improved, which can improve the load disturbance rejection capability of the system. In addition, influences of the displacement ratio, input speed and load torque on output of the motor are researched.
