基于区域经济发展的高职院校专业优化设置探索

高职院校专业设置要面向劳动力市场、依托产业的发展需求服务于区域经济建设。当前我国高职院校的专业设置还存在同质化倾向严重、定位不明确、优势不明显、与区域经济发展需求契合度不高、专业群建设较为落后等方面的问题。对此,高职院校应明确专业特色发展的科学定位,强化专业设置与区域经济发展的联动机制,完善专业设置动态调整机制,形成动态预警的专业调整机制,确保专业结构的科学性,发挥服务区域经济建设的功能。

Exploration on the Specialty Optimization of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Regional Economic Development

The specialty setting of higher vocational colleges should consider the labor market and rely on the needs of industry development to serve the regional economic construction.At present,the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges in China still has the problems of serious homogenization tendency,unclear positioning,unclear advantages,low degree of conformity with regional economic development needs,and backward construction of specialty groups.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should clarify the scientific orientation of the development of specialty setting,strengthen the linkage mechanism between specialty setting and regional economic development,improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism for specialty setting,and form a specialty adjustment mechanism for dynamic early warning,ensure the scientificity of specialty structure,and serve regional economic construction.
